Hi Bruce This MailArchive is Awesome. I've archived my Exchange server mailbox and my Inbox PST files since 2012 Searching is really fast and WAY easier than having to keep all of those PST files loaded all the time. I’m liking it more and more all the time. I’ve discovered the advanced search and found that I can even search for things like attachment name, attachment contents for .docx and .pdf. I haven’t tried looking in .txt files. It also supports complex stuff like +SQL –“Testing” to find things that include “SQL” but NOT when it also includes “Testing” And also found that I can search directly from my Outlook client. And the searches are really fast. I only have 5 years worth of Sent mail there so far but it is WAY faster than a search across my 5 pst files. I’m VERY impressed. There’s no way that I could go back now that I’ve used it. That is another advantage as well. With my PST files I can only search it when I’m on my laptop. The MailArchive stuff works from anywhere.
